These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Warblize, operated by Warblize ("we", "us", "our"). By using Warblize, you agree to these terms.

What We Do

Warblize turns your ebooks into audiobooks. You upload a book, we create the audio, you listen or download.

Your Books

You keep ownership of everything you upload. We just ask that you only upload books you have the right to use.

We don't offer or sell books on Warblize. you upload your books. so therefore we don't have content license policy for generatd audiobooks on distribution or sell.

Subscriptions and Credit Packs

Warblize offers monthly subscriptions and one-time pay-as-you-go credit packs. Each credit gives you 60 minutes of audiobook generation.

Unused credits roll over and expire six months after they are added.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime - you'll keep access until your billing period ends.

If you have no longer any subscription, you'll still keep the access to audiobooks you have generated.

Refunds

We offer refunds at any time of your purchase if you haven't used significant audio generation credits (less than 1 hour). Since audio generation uses cloud computing resources that cost us when you generate.

If you are eligible for a refund you'll see a refund button, when you cancel your subscription. If you don't see the refund option, we're unable to provide a refund.

Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, but you'll receive a refund confirmation email from Warblize within a few minutes.

The Fine Print

We work hard to keep Warblize running smoothly, but we're a small team. Occasional hiccups may happen. The service is provided as-is.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes.
