What we do

Warblize turns your books into audiobooks. You upload a book, we create the audio, you listen or download.

Your books

You keep ownership of everything you upload. We only ask that you upload books you have the right to use.

Warblize does not offer or sell books. You upload your own, so we have no content licence policy covering the distribution or sale of the audiobooks you generate from them; that is between you and the rights holder.

Subscriptions and credit packs

Warblize offers monthly subscriptions and one-time pay-as-you-go credit packs. Each credit covers 60 minutes of audiobook generation.

• Unused credits roll over and expire six months after they are added.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime; you keep access until your billing period ends.
• If your subscription lapses, you keep access to the audiobooks you have already generated.

Refunds

We offer a refund at any time after purchase if you haven't used a significant amount of generation credit (less than one hour). Audio generation uses cloud computing that costs us when you generate, which is why the refund is tied to usage.

If you're eligible, you'll see a refund button when you cancel your subscription. If you don't see the option, we're unable to provide a refund.

Refund processing can take up to 10 business days, though you'll receive a confirmation email from Warblize within a few minutes.

The fine print

We work hard to keep Warblize running smoothly, but we're a small team and occasional hiccups happen. The service is provided as-is.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes.
